Virtual Networx Inc is growing its US IT Staffing and C2C Bench Sales team. We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters who have a strong passion for US staffing, vendor coordination, and consultant marketing.
Whether you are a recent graduate with exceptional communication skills or an experienced bench sales recruiter, we provide growth opportunities designed to align with your skills and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market IT consultants (C2C) to vendors, system integrators, and direct clients
• Handle end-to-end bench sales process for US IT requirements
• Daily sourcing & marketing through Vendor calls, Emails, LinkedIn & job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
• Maintain and build strong relationships with Vendor Managers, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams for Resume updates, Rate negotiations, Interview scheduling
• Maintain daily call reports, submissions, and follow-ups
• Work on US time zones and meet daily/weekly targets
Skills & Qualifications For Freshers (0–1 Year)
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong interest in US IT Staffing / Recruitment
• Willingness to work in US shift
• Good attitude, confidence, and learning mindset
Experienced Candidates (1–5 Years)
• Proven experience in US Bench Sales / C2C staffing
• Strong understanding of Vendor chain (Prime / Sub-vendor / End Client)
• C2C, W2, 1099 models
• Experience handling multiple consultants on bench
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals & CRM tools
Nice to Have
• Existing vendor contacts
• Experience managing bench sales teams
• Exposure to IT roles
• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD)

🕒 Shift Timings IST 6:30PM to 3:30AM
