– Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
– Perform business requirements analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements.
– Provide business solutions including prototypes and use cases for customer requirements.
– Analyze business processes and generate detailed process documentation and reports.
– Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.
– Collaborate with business and technical teams to support solution delivery.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical functions.
– Support reporting and analysis activities using structured data sources.
