Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Raritan, NJ (Hybrid)

Full time: $70k / per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams working on SAP implementations and enhancements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
Act as a liaison between Product Owners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders
Track sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Ensure transparency through proper reporting of metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint outcomes
Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) – preferred
Nice to Have:

Experience working with large enterprise or regulated environments
Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
Background in IT delivery, SAP functional or technical coordination
