Role: Onsite support Lead (PHP, WordPress)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Month
Experience:
• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps and Domain Expert in
eCommerce system.
Technical Proficiency:
• Expert on PHP, WordPress, Laravel & ReactJs
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container
orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Monitoring and Observability: Experience with monitoring tools like
Grafana, Newrelic, Datadog.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
• Working along with client managers, partners and the team towards
continuous improvement of the systems to enhance client business and to
maintain a high-level customer satisfaction. Suggesting areas of
improvements. Analysing and assessing the enhancement scope, identifying
technical solutions and alternatives, developing estimates and
deliverables.
• Undertaking root cause analysis on situations. Working towards
creating a high availability application environment by decreasing the
number of incidents through root causes fixes.
• Performing Application Performance Management and Fault Monitoring.
• Identifying and developing the reusable modules and templates, this
will help in improving the productivity of the team
• Ensuring that the organizational processes, based on CMMi Level 5
standards, are adhered to the project.
• Analysing, estimating, prioritizing and resolving production issues
related to POS Legacy sytem.
• Undertaking the root cause analysis for the major production issues.
• Identifying the areas of system enhancements, the technical solutions,
alternatives and developing estimates & deliverables.
• Interacting one to one with the client POC for gaining business and
application knowledge, issues and requirements.
• Ensuring that the team has the required technical expertise to execute
the project. This involves the identification of key technical areas
related to the project and conducting training sessions to plug any
gaps. Also responsible for providing technical assistance over the
course of the project.
• Planning, prioritizing and delegating the tasks to the team members.
