- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Experience with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and cloud-based testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Define and implement overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices across manual and automation testing.
- Manage and mentor QA engineers, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
- Oversee creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Ensure timely execution of testing cycles and provide quality metrics, dashboards, and defect reports to leadership.
- Drive automation strategy to improve test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Establish and enforce QA standards for tools, frameworks, and documentation.
- Manage test environments and coordinate with DevOps/infra teams for smooth deployments.
- Track, report, and manage defects through closure with proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
