II. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager 3 will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage all phases of a large-scale system modernization project.
- Develop and maintain required project documentation, plans, presentations, and artifacts.
- Provide weekly written and verbal status reports and conduct regular project status meetings.
- Present project updates to executive leadership and oversight bodies, including Executive Steering Committees and QAT, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Track development progress and ensure milestones align with approved project timelines.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Remove project impediments and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts and ensure business requirements are clearly documented and met.
- Communicate complex technical designs and business processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide limited on-call support as required by project phase.
