SAP HANA Basis Support Consultant

Job Description:
The Consultant Resource will perform the following Services during the SOW Term (defined below):
- System installations and upgrades for Hana, Cloud Connector SLT and Gateway systems
- System problem troubleshooting
- System performance tuning
- Transport/DU management for Hana, SLT and Gateway
- SLT replication support and management
- Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet Delta’s business needs
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems, while working closely with IT resources to share knowledge as the technical advisor during all phases of work
- Ensure adherence to Delta Change Management standards, procedures and documentation
- Produce technical support documentation for knowledge sharing and support
- Other/Miscellaneous SAP-HANA Basis support tasks at the direction of SAP-IT team
