Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in IT or computer programming required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of hands-on IT Architect experience.
• 2-3 years specifically within cybersecurity.
• Disqualifiers: Ph.D. candidates (overqualified) or those exclusively from Incident Response/GRC backgrounds (not ideal).

Top Skills
• Technical: Knowledge of overall cybersecurity, large system architecture design, and documenting complex technical solutions.
• Frameworks: (Desired) NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Software: ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Cisco Systems, and IBM Tivoli Identity Management (TIM).
• Soft Skills: Expert time management, independent work ethic, and the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.

The Data Security Administrator is responsible for the safeguarding of computer databases and the regulation of access to sensitive information. 

Responsibilities:
• This role requires a blend of technical engineering knowledge and a deep understanding of legal codes and government regulations regarding data. 
• Daily tasks involve reviewing architectural diagrams for security posture, collaborating with a global team of internal business partners, and utilizing tools like Azure DevOps for workflow automation. 
• The goal is to promote security awareness while ensuring server and network efficiency across the enterprise.
