JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Manage relationships with multiple business lines to ensure email campaigns are delivered on time
– Own the end-to-end email campaign lifecycle including build, QA, testing, and deployment
– Create and deploy emails and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
– Provide guidance on email channel best practices and campaign execution
– Act as a backup for building, testing, and deploying campaigns using Marketo
– Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage campaign timelines and deliverables
– Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of email campaigns prior to deployment
