Position: SAP Finance – Record to Report (RTR)
Duration: 1 year
Location: Miami, FL (Day One onsite)
Overview: Seeking experienced RTR process owners with strong SAP knowledge, excellent communication, and client-facing skills to support a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. No hands-on configuration required—this role focuses on process design leadership and collaboration with consulting teams. Ideal candidates will evaluate regional AS-IS processes and requirements, partnering with the Global Process Lead to align them with the global standard while minimizing customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Solution Confirmation workshops.
- Analyze AS-IS issues and roadblocks; propose solutions favoring global standards with little/no customization.
- Own deliverables: Review/approve process requirements/design/model changes; lead functional and integration testing; configure allocations/top-down distributions; support bug fixes, UAT, cutover validation, and hypercare.
- Adopt global template or design required customizations under Global Process Lead guidance.
- Validate alternative designs with business experts.
- Socialize solutions with regional leaders and stakeholders.
- Serve as primary contact for requirements clarification during build phases.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years SAP Finance experience.
- 5+ years as RTR Process Owner.
- Global implementation/process ownership experience.
- S/4HANA expertise in at least one area: Intercompany, Product Costing, Projects/Assets, External/Statutory Reporting, or Allocations.
- Proven ability to drive process standardization/improvement.
- Strong business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, organizational/change management skills, multitasking, and communication.
