Position- Face to Face– Salesforce Developer– $50$hr—
Location- Big Rock, TN, USA
Experience & Education
• 5–7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio.
• Strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Trailhead profile link must be included on the resume.
Required Technical Skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification (highly preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to configure Salesforce to support complex business processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with middleware tools and integration patterns.
• Exposure to additional Salesforce technologies and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, modify, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio.
• Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and other Salesforce platform components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage work through Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
Soft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
