Java API Lead
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture MongoDB Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes, Rancher
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in backend development and cloud-native applications
Design & Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features aligned with business and technical requirements.
Platform Migration: Lead and contribute to the CA2.1 migration efforts for both DIY and Branch/Phone channels.
Issue Resolution & Support: Provide technical guidance and support to offshore teams, helping resolve issues efficiently. Code Reviews: Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for new features and migration processes.
Testing & Validation: Participate in unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure robust and reliable software.
Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations where necessary.
Agile Participation: Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all development work aligns with security and compliance standards.
