• Lead end-to-end project management for new packaging initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate internal teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales.
• Track progress against milestones, proactively manage risks, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, compliance standards, and company quality benchmarks.
• Drive project documentation and reporting including timelines, changes, and post-project evaluations.
• Support commercialization of new packaging products or enhancements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Science, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or CPG industries.
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials and processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
