SAP S/4HANA Experience
10+ years’ experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP
- In depth experience of S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)
- Exposure to compliance management in the Life Sciences industry
- Exposure to SAP supply chain management that is required to support manufacturing, including inbound and outbound logistics
- Understanding of the leading industry practices in QM and manufacturing
- Understand the integration with other key functions such as sales, procurement, distribution and finance.
- Specifically seeking experience in the Life Sciences industry.
Business Experience and Skills
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
- Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
- Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
- Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
- Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in designing, and building the process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.

Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
