Job Summary:we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading software development teams, architecting scalable web applications, and hands-on expertise in the .NET ecosystem. This role will involve driving complex system integrations, modernizing legacy applications, and implementing DevOps practices to streamline software delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Architect, design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
Drive complex system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various platforms.
Spearhead the modernization of legacy applications, identifying opportunities for technological upgrades and process improvements.
Implement and optimize DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using GitLab, XL Release) to enhance development velocity and deployment consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
