Job Title : Performance Tester

Location : Weehawken, NJ (Onsite) (Locals Only)

Duration : 12 months

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         Proficient in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter,)

·         Strong scripting skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#

·         Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)

·         Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, REST, SOAP, WebSockets)

·         Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests ( Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

·         Understanding of databases and ability to analyze SQL queries

Testing and Analytical Skills

·         Expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, and stress tests

·         Ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations

·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis

·         Experience with test result reporting and visualization.

Soft Skills

·         Effective communication and documentation abilities

·         Collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
