Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Master Data Management (MDM) experience to lead cross-functional data programs. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data, product, and business teams to drive MDM strategy, execution, and delivery in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM programs (customer, product, vendor, or reference data)
- Drive program planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution
- Partner with engineering and data teams on MDM platforms, integrations, and data quality initiatives
- Coordinate across stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions
- Track milestones, manage status reporting, and ensure on-time delivery
- Support data governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience, managing cross-functional engineering & data teams
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and data management programs (Customer/Product/Vendor data)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and enterprise systems
- Experience managing MDM platform transitions (Microsoft → Informatica)
- Hands-on exposure to Informatica MDM, data governance, integrations, and data quality
- Excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience in Agile / SAFe program environments
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Prior work in large enterprise or regulated environments
