Technical Program Manager – POS (Restaurant Technology)
Work: 100% Remote (≈25% travel to Louisville & Atlanta)
Role Summary
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale POS and restaurant technology implementations across a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem. This role will own API integrations, technical delivery, and rollout execution for POS, Inventory, Labor, Makeline, and Driver Dispatch systems supporting thousands of restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery and rollout of enterprise POS platforms
Drive API architecture, system integrations, and data flows (100+ integrations)
Manage cross-vendor technical dependencies and deployment timelines
Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams
Oversee integration testing, issue resolution, and production readiness
Must-Have Skills
10+ years in Technical Program / Project Management
Hands-on POS implementation or integration experience
Strong expertise in API-driven architectures & system integrations
Experience leading large-scale deployments (1,000+ sites)
Proven multi-vendor coordination and backlog prioritization
Strong technical fluency (APIs, data schemas, middleware)
Jira / Confluence experience
Willing to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have
QSR / retail technology experience
Platforms: PAR Brink, NCR, S4D, Fourth, R365, Deliverect
Integration tools: MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, Azure
PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications
