Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities (Must have):
• Each Analyst will work with an FTE Sr. Product Manager(s) and create detailed requirements like Epic, User Stories.
• Each analyst will work with 1-2 Scrum team during the development stages, attend scrum ceremonies, clarify the
• queries from teams, interact with engineers and stakeholders on a daily basis to remove the blockers
• Overall drive the development progress and deliver the features and capabilities assigned on time.
Job Duties:
• Support the end to end product development lifecycle from ideation and design to development, testing and launch
• writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming
• Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
• Collaborate with Technology leads, architects on product enhancements requirements and troubleshooting where product issues are raised
• Support/analyze, tracks, and evaluates product metrics/KPIs/analytics.
• Track records with building cloud based platforms, APIs SaaS products in financial services or banking firms.
• Good analytical, problem solving skills and Attention to details.
• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and support user experience research as required.
