- Strong Java backend ownership
- Modern React front-end leadership
- Real AI integration experience (not just interest)
- Architecture + coding (not ivory-tower architect)
- Bay Area hybrid (important filter)
You’re looking for someone who:
- Has 10–15 years overall experience
- Has designed systems, not just features
- Codes confidently in Java + React
- Has used AI APIs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/LLMs) in production
- Understands cloud-native architecture
- Can talk to product + business stakeholders
- Is still hands-on with all the above
