Job Title: Python Developer with LLM, LangChain and LangGraph
Location: Sunrise, FL / Phoenix AZ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Design and develop robust Python-based applications, specifically leveraging LangChain and LangGraph for advanced orchestration and memory management.
LLM Integration: Implement and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral into applications.
Agentic AI: Build stateful, multi-agent systems and architect intelligent workflows that handle complex reasoning and structured agent collaboration.
Data Integration: Integrate external APIs, tools, databases, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) into LangGraph-based pipelines for knowledge retrieval and memory management.
Optimization & Deployment: Optimize application performance, ensure reliability in production environments, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration: Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to software architecture best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional Experience: 4-5+ years of professional experience with Python development.
Framework Expertise:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with LangGraph (mandatory).
Strong experience with LangChain, including chains, tools, agents, and memory integration.
AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of LLMs, vector stores, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques.
Technical Stack: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and databases.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
