- Requires strong techno-functional automation expertise in complex insurance environments.
- Combines deep insurance business knowledge with advanced automation engineering skills.
- Designs, builds, and maintains robust automated test suites for policy administration and back-office workflows.
- Covers critical processes like enrollment, eligibility changes, endorsements, renewals, billing, claims, commissions, and financial postings.
- Extends beyond UI automation to integration-heavy smoke and sanity testing across PAS, billing, claims, commissions, and portals.
- Implements API-level and contract tests to ensure data consistency, schema integrity, and business rule compliance.
- Builds hybrid automation combining UI, API, batch, and database validations for end-to-end insurance flows.
- Validates that policy updates trigger correspondence, portal updates, premium recalculations, and accurate financial postings.
- Collaborates with product, business, and integration teams to align automation with real-world insurance scenarios.
- Supports frequent releases with reliable regression coverage and fast, trustworthy feedback for production readiness.
