•                Build reproducible fine tuning pipelines (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT) with secure data handling.

•                Implement advanced prompt evolution (GEPA, self play, genetic strategies).

•                Curate/augment datasets; enforce PII controls and audit trails.

•                Design evaluation harnesses; measure safety, bias, robustness, and cost.

•                Optimize GPU training/inference, profiling, caching, batching.

•                Partner on guardrails, red teaming, and deployment readiness.

Qualifications:

•                5+ yrs ML/AI; 2+ yrs LLM/VLM; strong Python & PyTorch.

•                Experience with RLHF/DPO, GEPA.

•                On prem MLOps; compliance and observability.
