Proven track record in acquiring new logos or technical pre-sales responsibility.
Ability to lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and proposal development.
Comfortable engaging engineering leaders, CIO/CTO, VP of Product, and Procurement.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and value-based consultative selling skills.
Success Metrics
New logos and ACV/TCV booked
Pipeline generated and qualified
PoC / pilot conversion rate
Revenue and margin targets achieved
Technical win rate in competitive cycles
Client satisfaction and retention post-sale
Preferred Qualifications
5–12 years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar.
Experience in Engineering Services, Digital Transformation, or Global Delivery models strongly preferred.
Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical background.
AWS/Azure/GCP certifications a plus
