Job Description:

We are looking for a GCP Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java-based integration solutions and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will lead technical design and development efforts, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based integration applications.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Drive integration using REST APIs, messaging systems, and microservices architecture.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices for security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution.
 

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE.
Expertise in Java integration frameworks (Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices).
Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience with API development, system integration, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in retail or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).
