Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a wide range of engineering-specific applications, including Bluebeam Revu, Bluebeam Org Admin Pro, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Leica Cyclone Enterprise, NearMap, Esri ArcGIS Pro, and Base Map Management Service (BMMS).
• Coordinate software deployments and upgrades, including version rollouts for Autodesk, Bluebeam, Leica, and other engineering applications.
• Evaluate emerging software and hardware solutions by assessing new engineering tools, cloud platforms, and CAD technologies, and prepare detailed analysis reports for management.
• Collaborate closely with Technology and Cybersecurity teams to ensure all software requests meet compatibility, security, and infrastructure standards.
• Maintain system documentation, update configuration records, and deliver staff onboarding with training on engineering applications and tools.
• Troubleshoot application-level issues and implement minor functional enhancements based on support tickets and user feedback.
• Participate in client and interdepartmental meetings to gather requirements and align technology solutions with engineering workflows.
• Deliver internal “Knowledge Bar” workshops to promote best practices and improve staff awareness of engineering software capabilities.
• Work directly with Engineering Senior Management to discuss strategic goals, application roadmaps, and evolving team needs.
• Lead task planning and prioritization by translating project objectives into actionable tasks and coordinating execution with stakeholders.
• Support engineering project data workflows, including maintaining 3D point cloud storage systems and working with Azure Data Lake environments.
• Provide advanced system analysis by generating detailed usage reports on application licenses across the Engineering Department.
• Assist the Engineering Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team with project data system management and customized Bluebeam Studio sessions.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience (Required)
• Extensive experience supporting engineering applications and project information management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Technologies, including Azure Data Lake workflow support.

🎓 Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
