System Analyst 4
Location: Richmond, VA (must be within 2–3 hours driving distance)
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week onsite preferred)
Interview: In-person only (mandatory)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Medicaid business knowledge (MES components, CRMS, business rules & processes)

• Experience as a Data / Systems Analyst

• Hands-on experience with ETL, data interfaces, and system integrations

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, MongoDB

• Experience with Talend

• Agile experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps

• Prior technical/development background
