Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with PowerBuilder application development
Experience supporting and maintaining legacy systems
Ability to analyze, assess, and clarify technical and business requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments

Highly Preferred Skills

Experience designing and maintaining tax processing or revenue management systems
Product or functional knowledge of IRMS systems
Prior experience working on government or taxation systems
