Location: Nevada(Onsite)
General Experience:
Experience developing system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
Experience supporting government or regulated software implementations.
Familiarity with maintaining documentation throughout system updates.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops comprehensive system documentation including technical architecture documents, API documentation, user manuals for NCOE staff,
Operational guides for case management workflows,
Administrator guides for user role management,
And troubleshooting guides for common issues.
