Job Summary
We are looking for a genuine Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and preferably 7+ years overall IT development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices. Experience with Omni Studio / Industry Cloud is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and declarative tools.
Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites for external users and partners.
Develop reusable, scalable UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Implement integrations and business processes using Omni Studio (Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors) where applicable.
Collaborate with business and technical teams within the client department to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Follow Salesforce best practices for code quality, security, performance, and governance.
Support deployments, testing, and production issues in a hybrid working environment.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Trailhead & LinkedIn must validate experience).
10+ years of overall IT development experience (preferred).
Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing rules.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
1+ year of Omni Studio / Industry Cloud experience (highly desirable).
Experience with Sales, Service, or Industry-specific Salesforce clouds.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio).
