Pega Lead /Architect

Role: Pega Lead / Pega Architect
Location: Sunrise, FL – Onsite
Type: Contract Long Term

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience as a Pega Lead or Pega Architect
Pega CSA and/or LSA Certification (Mandatory)
Hands-on expertise with Pega Smart Disputes
Solid understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and application design
Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
Ability to lead Pega development teams and drive architectural decisions
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Pega solutions
Lead technical design, code reviews, and best practices
Collaborate with business and Scrum teams for requirement delivery
Ensure performance, security, and reusability of Pega applications
