Job Position: Project manager (contact center exp.)

Role Description:
To assist business in enhancing project outcomes, streamlining the processes, and aligning projects with their strategic objectives.To collaborate seamlessly and effectively with all the relevant stakeholders in implementing changes and achieving the desired goals.To schedule connect with all the required stakeholders on regular basis and update Management on the project statusCreate reports dashboards to provide a meaningful insight on the operational effectivenessBeing instrumental in executing the desired strategiesWork independently with minimal supervisionMust have Positive attitude with good communication and problem-solving skillsProject management experience is a must.Knowledge of Contact Center area in Banking.
