Job Description:
The Application Engineer 5 YEARS OF EXP serving as a team member for design, build, implementation and support of ITG Care Management enterprise application initiatives. This position collaborates with other members of the team to ensure quality applications are delivered on time following business owner specifications and ITG development standards. This position requires a candidate who can analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, construct, test, and implement solutions with minimal supervision. This candidate will have a track record of participation in successful projects in a fast-paced, mixed team (consultant and employee) environment. The candidate will also be required to learn about existing legacy systems and provide on-going technical support for both existing and new applications. The applicant will provide second-level support for existing applications within a group. The Application Engineer must be a highly motivated self-starter, an enthusiastic learner, and must be committed to delivering high quality solutions within scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?
“• Demonstration of and belief in the Agile mindset.
• Experience with Python, SQL, T SQL, Spark SQL. SQL Server, RESTful Services (i.e. ASP.NET, Web API)
• 1+ years of engineering, delivering and supporting production software products required.
• 1+ years working with object-oriented design, SQL, and web programming required.
• Experience using Databricks and/or ETL processing
• Experience using Docker
• Delivery of past software systems with documented value required.
• Strong focus on delivering customer value required.
• Troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to engineer and build software through multiple languages and tools required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to work with staff and business required.
• Experience with Scrum and Domain Driven Design preferred.
• Experience building micro service.
• Willingness to learn our business domain required.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment preferred.
• Python or scripting within Azure Databricks
• Experience working with Kafka, streaming data sets
• Experience with Cisco Connect and other Cisco messaging products
• Experience with messaging tools, platforms, protocols, standards, and best practices
• RCS and SMS messaging experience preferred
• Experience with HL7 and FHIR is preferred • Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript) are preferred • Exposure to Azure tools and environments
• Experience using Power BI, Google Looker or other similar reporting tools”
