We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Snowflake within the DBTSnowflake skill cluster family to design and optimize scalable data solutions
Job Description
Design and develop scalable data solutions leveraging Snowflake architecture to meet enterprise data requirements within the DBTSnowflake ecosystem Utilize Snowflake capabilities to efficiently query transform and analyze large datasets from diverse sources Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs Ensure data quality security and governance best practices within the Snowflake environment Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Snowflake and DBT technologies Apply best practices in data pipeline orchestration and automation using DBT integrated with Snowflake
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend design development and optimization of Snowflake data pipelines and data models within the DBT framework Write optimize and troubleshoot complex Snowflake SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysis Architect and maintain data models and transformations to support efficient reporting and analytics Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable data solutions Mentor and guide junior team members on Snowflake and DBT best practices Perform data validation performance tuning and ensure adherence to data governance standards Document technical specifications data flows and architectural decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance
