Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle Taleo Subject Matter Expert to lead configuration, integrations, reporting, and optimization of Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding for high-volume retail hiring environments. The role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as SME for Oracle Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting
Lead system design and configuration for retail, seasonal, and hourly hiring
Architect and maintain Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations with HRIS, payroll, and background screening systems
Ensure integration reliability, error handling, logging, and performance optimization
Design scalable recruiting workflows including store-level requisitions and candidate pipelines
Enhance onboarding processes for distributed retail locations
Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using OBIEE, BI Publisher, or embedded Taleo tools
Support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting standards
Lead upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and issue resolution
Maintain system documentation and coordinate with Oracle Support
Required skills:
8–10+ years Oracle Taleo (Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting)
Strong TCC scripting and integration experience
High-volume retail hiring workflow expertise
Taleo reporting (OBIEE / BI Publisher)
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
