Role: Lead Business Analyst (Salesforce)
📍 Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid – Local candidates preferred)
🕓 Engagement: Long-Term Contract
📄 Visa: Open (USC, GC, H1B)
⭐ Must Have: 3–4+ years of experience working with NYC government agencies OR any U.S. State client (required)
💡 Requirements:
✔ 12+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔ 5+ years in a Lead / Senior BA role
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, workflows, integrations)
✔ Proven experience in Agile / Scrum environments
✔ Strong experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint planning
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to attend onsite meetings in New York City as required
