Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce), and Azure Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and operationalize AI-driven solutions across enterprise platforms, enabling intelligent automation, predictive insights, and enhanced customer engagement. This role requires strong technical skills, AI governance understanding, and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prompt Design & Optimization
Develop, test, and refine prompts for generative AI and LLM-based models.
Optimize prompts for accuracy, context-awareness, and output stability.
Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, and guardrails for enterprise AI use cases.
Evaluate prompt performance through A/B testing and model response tuning.
2. Salesforce AI Integration
Leverage Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud to implement AI-driven automation and predictive insights.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI workflows into CRM processes.
Support conversational AI, intelligent case routing, recommendation systems, and campaign optimization.
3. AI Enablement & Governance
Define best practices and frameworks for enterprise prompt engineering.
Ensure alignment with data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
Contribute to governance strategies for model usage, versioning, and compliance.
4. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide team members in AI solution delivery.
Manage stakeholder relationships with product, engineering, and business teams.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, prioritization, and governance for AI initiatives.
Drive continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration across teams.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with developers, architects, data scientists, and business units to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering and AI adoption.
Lead design discussions and solution walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in product engineering, AI/ML implementation, or enterprise application engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning (ML).
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and Agentforce.
Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, prompt tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems and customer-facing workflows.
Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Experience with Copado, Antirabbit, or other DevOps tools for Salesforce.
