Job Title: Appian Developer / BPM Developer
Location: Hartford, CT
Rate: $60 /hr on C2C
JD:
Role Summary
Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, and reports. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement integrations with external systems using Appian plug-ins, web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs. Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing. Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and sites.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement integrations with external systems using Appian plug-ins, web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.
Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for design, configuration, and deployment.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Appian BPM development (Appian 21.x or later preferred)
Proficiency in Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Sites.
Knowledge of Appian plug-ins and integration capabilities
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and data modeling
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
