Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years of production support or MDM experience.
Hands-on experience with at least one major MDM platform:
Informatica MDM / IDQ
Reltio MDM
IBM InfoSphere MDM
Oracle MDM
Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data issues quickly.
Experience supporting ETL processes and data integration pipelines.
Familiarity with API-based integrations, REST/SOAP services.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in 24×7 on-call rotation if required.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Exposure to cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship frameworks.
Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
ITIL certification is a plus.
