BA Associate: 1–3 years experience, Agile, ServiceNow exposure, API knowledge.
BA: 3–5 years experience, Agile, workflow analysis, user stories, ServiceNow, API knowledge.
Lead BA: 8–11 years experience, Agile, mentor junior members, ServiceNow, API, healthcare
Note: Local candidates only, States (VA,MD, or DC only).
Visa: USC and GC only.
We’re looking for a Senior BA who can lead end-to-end business analysis, work closely with developers & architects, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements in an Agile environment.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Lead requirements across the full SDLC
• Define functional & non-functional requirements (security, UX, performance)
• Write detailed user stories for both UI and API features
• Create workflows, process maps, and business rules
• Mentor junior BAs and drive Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver high-quality solutions
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 7–10+ years as an enterprise BA
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Exceptional user story writing & API understanding
• Experience with workflows, process mapping, and requirement traceability
• ServiceNow & Healthcare experience highly preferred
