Position : Senior Software Engineer with Node. JS

Location: Bethesda , MD

Rate : $ 60/Hr Max.

Job description

Total experience: 10+ years
NodeJS, Express: Expert required
Typescript, JEST, GraphQL, Apollo Federation: Basic knowledge required
CICD (Jenkins), AWS services/EKS, logging tool experience: Preferred
Troubleshooting, GIT: Expert required
 

Must-have skills:

NodeJS, Angular, deep AWS service knowledge (Lambda, RDS, EventBridge, S3, SQS, etc.)
Quick learning of new AWS services
DevOps, agile development, serverless framework
 

Nice-to-haves:

Angular, CloudFormation, IaC exposure
Qualities:

Passionate about technology and continuous learning
Experienced in designing and implementing front-end/back-end architecture
Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation
Detail-oriented and committed to product quality
Relentlessly curious and always seeking improvement
Supportive; enjoys mentoring and process leadership
Confident coding skills
Strong business focus and understanding of requirements and logic
