1. Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)

2. Call Center experience in LiveVox with designer Scripting.(Omni channel scripting) 3. Good knowledge on API ; Snowflake integration; SF Marketing cloud 4. SME on 5. LiveVox dialer /Smart Reach with scripting 6. Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
