Role : Java Scala_Actimize Deveoper
Client – Morgan Stanley/TCS
Location – New York, NY

Responsibilities
● Design, develop and implement Actimize SAM scenarios and models to detect
suspicious activity related to cryptocurrency transactions
● Utilize Java and Scala to build and integrate custom components and extensions within
the Actimize environment
● Collaborate with business analysts and compliance officers to translate regulatory
requirements into technical specs
● Configure and customer Actimize SAM to meet specific business needs and regulatory
environment.
● Java Plug-in development experience
● Perform system testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and reliability of Actimize
solutions
● Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Actimize SAM performance and functionality
Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in Java / Scala , Actimize development
● Strong experience with Actimize SAM (suspicious activity monitoring) is essential
● Solid understanding of Crypto currency transactions, block chain technology and
related AML risks
● Experience with database ( Sql Server, Postgres )
● Familiarity with data mining and statistical analysis techniques
● Experience with Agile development methodologies
● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
● Experience with other Actimize modules (e.g, CDD, WLF)
● Knowledge of AML regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, BSA)
● Experience with Cloud based platforms (AWS, Azure)
● Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
