REQUIRED: SAP FICO Consultant (Spanish Speaking) associate should be fluent in Spanish and willing to travel to Mexico once a month.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant fluent in Spanish to provide end-to-end support for financial accounting and controlling processes. The role involves working closely with finance teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO support, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Support SAP FICO implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Engage with local teams at the Monterrey plant during onsite visits.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and English (preferred).
- Ability to travel to Mexico once a month without visa restrictions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of tax compliance and localization for LATAM.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP FICO with other modules (MM, SD).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
