Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions across ERP modules including Accounting Hub, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Design and develop custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.0 (JavaScript) and SuiteFlow automation
- Lead implementation of core NetSuite modules including Financial Management, Inventory, Order Management etc.
- Develop integrations between NetSuite and external systems using SOAP Web Services, REST APIs, and Middleware tools
- Lead implementation of Risk Management, EDM, and Global Trade Management modules
- Architect and configure Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Execution workflows
- Develop custom extensions using Oracle Fusion Technology Stack (OTST) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Lead integration design using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Event-driven architectures
- Architect data migration strategies using ODI, SQL, and ETL tools
- Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture sessions, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Mentor junior developers and establish technical governance and standards
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement monitoring solutions
- Conduct security assessments, compliance reviews, and implement encryption and data protection measures
- Manage and oversee production deployments
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates, new features, and cloud-based technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Public Cloud development and implementation experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle ERP modules, NetSuite particularly Financial Management (GL, AP, AR)
- Advanced knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Risk Management modules
- Strong expertise in EPM, EDM, and Global Trade Management configurations
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting tools
- Proven experience with Demand Management and Supply Planning modules
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Technology Stack (OTST) and PL/SQL customizations
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and event-driven integrations
- Strong understanding of security models, encryption, and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR)
- Oracle Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
