User Experience (UX)

Plan, design, and conduct usability testing (moderated and unmoderated) for web and mobile applications.

Create mock wireframes

Develop and maintain personas based on qualitative and quantitative research.

Create and administer surveys to capture user attitudes, behaviors, and satisfaction metrics.

Analyze research data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities.

Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development teams.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure research insights are integrated into product roadmaps and design iterations.

Deliver all research outputs on time, with a high focus on detail and clarity.
