Role Name: Support Engineer – Cyber Security & Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities
Support Day 1 readiness activities ensuring secure connectivity, identity continuity, and infrastructure availability for CYBR employees within the PANW ecosystem.
Maintain functionality and stability of identity platforms including Okta and PingID.
Implement and manage SSO federation for cross-organizational applications.
Establish and maintain secure network connectivity between PANW and CYBR environments (VPN, Direct Connect).
Ensure CYBR laptops, office IT assets, and AV systems are fully ready and functional for Day 1 operations.
Support ITSM setup, configure escalation workflows, and ensure seamless support channels for CYBR users.
Maintain and troubleshoot DevOps pipelines and cloud environments to prevent service interruptions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure stability, operational readiness, and rapid issue resolution.
Document procedures, architectures, support workflows, and troubleshooting steps.

Must-Have Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in infrastructure, IT operations, or cyber security support roles.
Hands-on experience with identity management, enterprise networking, and cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to ensure operational continuity during organizational transitions.
Experience collaborating across IT, security, and business teams for environment readiness.
