🚀 AI Project Manager – Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid, 3x/week onsite)

We are seeking an AI Project Manager to lead and deliver cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in project management and hands-on experience driving AI/ML or data-driven projects.

 

📍 Location

Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – 3x/week onsite)

 

🕒 Experience

7+ years in project management, including 2–3 years in AI/ML or data-related projects

 

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies

Lead end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Coordinate effectively with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams

Collaborate with technical stakeholders to assess feasibility and complexity of AI solutions

Oversee project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy guidelines, and related standards

Strong leadership and coordination capabilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage complex AI/ML project lifecycles

Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills

Knowledge of responsible AI and compliance frameworks

 

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

Understanding of AI/ML workflows (model training, data preprocessing, model evaluation)

Familiarity with MLOps concepts

Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge

 

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience

2–3 years managing AI/ML or data-driven projects

Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams

Agile/Scrum experience (Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus)

Awareness of ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards
