Job Summary

Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Mongo DB, SQL, Leading Junior Devs, etc

Job Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on engineering experience
Experience with Spring Boot and developing scalable microservices
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of API design principles and service-to-service communication
Proficient in MongoDB, including schema design, query development, and performance optimization
Strong SQL development skills, including complex queries and relational modeling
Ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code in enterprise environments
Capable of defining coding standards, API standards, and best practices for the development team
Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers through code reviews and technical coaching
Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile, cross-functional teams
