Job Description:
8+ years of hands-on experience in core Java and enterprise application development.
Strong experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Expertise in Apache Kafka (Streams, Connect, partitioning, replication, schema registry).
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation framework, performance tuning).
Experience with designing event-driven and distributed systems. Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, multithreading, concurrency. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
